We track the quality of our medical transcription services, both through rigorous internal review of transcribed work as well as evaluation of feedback from our clients. All work of new transcriptionists is reviewed by QA until their work meets or exceeds the standard of 98.5% accuracy. Statistics on quality are kept for each transcriptionist and performance feedback is provided regularly to individuals.
