We work with independent multi-specialty clinics, surgery centers as well as hospital-based clinics. The groups we serve range in size from two to twenty physicians. We transcribe clinic notes, office visits, follow-up notes, H&Ps, and letters.
We transcribe all major medical specialties including among others: Allergy, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Maxillo-Facial surgery, Neurology, Oncology, Orthopedics, Otolaryngology Pain Medicine, Psychiatry, Sports Medicine, Urology, and a variety of surgical specialties.
Our standard turnaround times are 24 hours and 48 hours. We also offer the option of shorter turnaround times or 6 or 12 hours for certain types of reports.
Dictation and Transcription
Physicians dictate into our telephone dictation systems. Lines are toll-free throughout the United States/Canada, and also available to Australia and the UK. Physicians may also choose to upload dictation from digital handheld recorders to our secure website. Supported recorders include Sony, Philips or Olympus. The average one-time cost of purchasing a recorder is $120.
We transcribe and deliver the reports which will be formatted to your requirements in any version of Microsoft Word that you choose. To retrieve the reports, clients simply access their account through our secure website and download their reports to their PCs.
