Dictating Audio And Retrieving Transcribed Reports
 Use handhelds or dictate to your computer – whatever works for you!
Care Technologies does not support the use of analog tape recorders. Please use any of the latest digital handheld voice recorders. They are easy to use, and function very similarly to the analog recorders you may have used in the past. Handhelds produce a digital sound file, which gives you higher quality sound and allows for better accuracy of medical transcription. Handhelds also allow you to upload sound files to our secure web site.
If you are comfortable using your current digital recorder, you will be happy to know that we work with most digital recorders such as Sony, Olympus, or Phillips. For our clients who are new to digital recorders or are looking to change their digital recorder, we recommend an Olympus Recorder.

Access your account securely and download your reports. Then print, store or edit as per your needs. We use multi-level security protection and encryption as per HIPAA guidelines. You can download additional copies as well.
