Dictation and Transcription
Physicians dictate into our telephone dictation systems or use a digital recorder (such as Sony, Philips or Olympus). They then upload the dictation to us over a high speed internet line.
We transcribe and deliver the reports which will be formatted to your requirements in any version of Word that you choose. To retrieve the reports, clients simply access their account through our encrypted platform and download their reports to their PCs.
Our standard turnaround times are 24 hours and 48 hours. We also offer the option of shorter turnaround times or 6 or 12 hours for certain types of reports.
