We offer all medical practices and large medical facilities up to 5 trial reports, free of charge. If you decide to utilize our services, we will establish an account for you on our secure encrypted platform, and all transcription will be returned to that account.
Our clients sign a contract with us once they decide to utilize our services after the trial. If for any reason, you would like an extended trial of up to one month’s duration prior to signing a contract with us, we will bill you for all transcription completed during the extended trial. We offer contracts of one to three years, depending on client need.
