Care Technologies was founded in 1997, in Hyderabad, India. We are the first medical transcription company in Andhra Pradesh, and among the oldest in India. The founders and top management at Caretech have extensive work experience both in the United States and India, and a deep understanding of the opportunities and challenges posed by the global IT- enabled services industry.
We are reputed for our focus on the high quality of the transcription that we provide our clients and the quality of training and opportunities for growth that we provide our employees. Since our inception, our strategy has been to serve clients directly out of India with no further QA personnel being involved in the United States. To this end we made and continue to make significant investments in training our own transcriptionists and QA personnel. We are proud to be one of the very few companies in India that from the start has been able to deliver quality transcription services directly to our client base.
